One Light Street
Mixed-Use
Baltimore, MD
A Jewel in Downtown Baltimore
Developers obtained an empty parking lot across from 10 Light Street formerly known as the Bank of America Building. In order to maximize profit, the developer requested a mixed-use building with retail, office space, and apartments. The building has 8 floors of parking, 10 floors office space, and 10 floors of apartments, totaling 28 full stories. In order to respect the Bank of America building adjacent to the new structure, the building steps back from the facade and the slanted roofline points itself to the top of the Bank of America tower.
